1. Providing artwork
We accept artwork via email, google drive or dropbox. Please note email attachments should not exceed 5Mb. We prefer highest res files eps or ai files you have, please include a jpeg or a PDF file of artwork. Without this we accept no responsibility if any fonts or images etc. are missing.
2. Resolution and artwork files
We require high resolution for digital prints and Vector files for computer cut vinyl (all fonts outlined). Acceptable file types include EPS, PDF (print quality), JPEG (minimum 150dpi at half size). Files must have all fonts outlined. All art components like logos and embedded images must be provided separately.
3. Colour matching
Please assign any Pantone or CMYK break down, especially in logos. Although we print CMYK, we will endeavour to match Pantone colours as closely as possible, if you require exact match please quote Patone colour or bring in sample. Please note that there is no exact colour match if using cut vinyl option.
4. Supplying layouts
Create the document at 100%, 50% or 25% of final size. For example a document with a final size of 1800 x 1200mm could be supplied at 900 x 600mm (50%). Please clearly mark any trim sizes if necessary. All documents should have a 5mm bleed on all sides.
5. Can I get layouts with my quote. How do I know what I’m buying?
We start layout work once the job is opened. We take a lot of time in producing designs that you will be proud of. We guarantee our work. If you are unhappy with the initial concept, we will provide you with an alternative design.
6. How long would I need to wait for my sign?
Generally we guarantee 7 to 10 working days from approval of layout. Exception to this is large monoliths, complex fabrications and internally illuminated light boxes which may take longer.
9. Where do I begin if I want vehicle graphics?
Bring your vehicle to us and one of our staff will measure and photograph your vehicle so we can provide an accurate quote. Please bring any logos or images you may want to include.
14. Somebody graffitied my sign. What can I do?
You can try removing the graffiti with a citrus cleaner, but you have to be very gentle and we suggest you try in a corner in case it removes the sign itself. Next time, talk to us about anti graffiti films and treatments.
